Larry Miller, president of First National Bank in Cape Girardeau, has announced the appointments of three persons Richard Allgood, Betty Lou Vogel, and Janet Esicar to positions of customer service officers.

Allgood has more than 21 years' experience in the banking industry, including trust operation, investments, commercial and consumer lending development.

He is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, with a bachelor of science in business management. He continued his education at the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wis.

He is a member of the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce and Lion's Club. He and his wife, Jeanie, live in Cape Girardeau.

Vogel has 21 years of experience in banking, including responsibilities in the customer service and lending areas.

She was most recently involved in the real estate business, in which she owned a real estate agency for more than 15 years.

She and her husband, Don Vogel, live in Cape Girardeau.

Esicar has more than 17 years' banking experience, including serving as a branch and regional manager.

A native of Chicago, she moved the Cape Girardeau area and attended Southeast Missouri State University.

She is a member of the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce, where she is chairperson of the Beautification Committee. She is also involved in the Cape Business and Professional Women's Club, United Way, and the American Cancer Society.

She and her husband, Blake Esicar, live in Cape Girardeau.
