SCOTT CITY -- State Treasurer Wendell Bailey will present a program on MOBucks Friday morning at Scott City's city hall.
The program will begin at 10 a.m. in the council chambers, and the public is invited. Bailey will explain how to apply for MOBucks.
MOBucks is a link deposit loan program that aids small businesses and farmers through state deposits made in banks across Missouri.
Friday's informational program is hosted by the city of Scott City, Scott City Chamber of Commerce, and Southwestern Bell.
