Preventing and treating sports injuries is the subject of a free two-hour seminar at St. Francis Medical Center Wednesday.
The program, sponsored by St. Francis and HealthSouth Rehabilitation Center, will begin at 7 p.m. in the St. Francis Health & Education Center.
The program features athletic trainer Tim Weber, physical therapist Greg Saxton, orthopedic surgeon William P. Thorpe, and infection control nurse Debbie Long. AIDS precautions also will be addressed.
Although the program is free of charge, space is limited, and preregistration is encouraged. Call 339-6262 for information.
