Cape Girardeau police hope autopsy results offer some clues into a shooting at a home that left two people dead.

Police are still not disclosing the relationships of the victims -- 57-year-old Mary Joseph and 18-year-old Matthew Joseph. Both were found dead Thursday morning inside a home in an affluent area of the southeast Missouri town. Autopsies were planned for Friday.

A third person, 48-year-old George Joseph, is hospitalized with gunshot wounds. His condition is unknown.

Police spokesman Darin Hickey on Friday declined to say who was the suspected gunman, but he says police are not looking for any suspects.
