The Four Seasons Audubon Society of Southeast Missouri will hold its first fall meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Missouri Department of Conservation building in Cape Girardeau County Park.
President Bill Eddleman will present the program on "Collecting and Storing Seeds of Native Plants."
The society will conduct a field trip Sept. 20 to demonstrate many of the seed collecting methods that will be discussed at the meeting.
Those participating in the trip should dress for hiking, bring a sack lunch, and meet at the Capaha Park pool parking lot at 8:30 a.m.
The public is invited to both events. For more information, call Eddleman at 335-1507.
