Auction begins for old Crestwood Mall

CRESTWOOD, Mo. -- It was once a go-to place for St. Louis area shoppers. Now, the old Crestwood Mall is on the auction block.
KTVI-TV reported that the vacant mall in southwest St. Louis County is being auctioned online starting Monday. The mall closed for good in 2013.
The starting bid is $1 million. The auction runs through Wednesday for the 47-acre site that features 1 million square feet of space.
