The Southeast Missourian asked people at Riverside Regional Library what they like to read.
Kristen Bundy: "I like mysteries by Christopher Pike and R.L. Stein, and also science fiction books. I go through the library and look at the covers. If I like what I see, I'll check it out."
Paula Gresham-Bequette: "I like to check out fiction authors, but not the best sellers. Some of the older ones, like Anya Seton, I have read, but I go back and read them again. I'm interested in a wide variety of non-fiction books."
Elizabeth Schott: "I like to ready mystery books, like the Goosebumps books. I also like the Babysitters Club books."
James Tanner: "I like cowboy books. One was about a kid that learned how to be a cowboy. They taught him how to put the brand on a cow so they know who it belongs to."
Randy Oliphant: "I like books like Amelia Bedelia and others like that. I also like to read about motorcycles. I read the `Mouse and the Motorcycle.'"
