Rebecca: I have to say that Faithfully Fed really impressed me. Living up to their name, they are true to their vision of clean eating. While vegetarian options abound, meat is not shunned here. The chicken is organic, the beef is grass-fed, and the flavor is deep and real. The plates were beautiful and colorful, obviously assembled with care. This is seriously good food that you can feel great about eating without emptying your wallet...

Jessica: I just love Subway. Did you know that every sandwich they make could be a salad? So, if you're trying to go carb free, it's a perfect substitute. Watch out for coupons for a really good value.

Nick Johnston:

One place that does healthy well and has menu items priced fairly is Faithfully Fed. Here you can find bone broth, free-range chicken, seasonal vegetables, and vegan and gluten-free dishes. Plus the food tastes good, which in my book makes it worth a visit. Happy eating!

Carol Nunnery:

When I think of healthy, I think of "salads." I love a good salad! My favorite in town is the Savannah Chopped Salad at McAlister's. You may need to go light on the dressing to reduce the calories, but this is one delicious salad! I love to partner that with their famous unsweetened tea with just a splash of lemonade.

Devon Smith:

When it comes to health and wanting good options, Ruby Tuesday would be the best bet for this area. They have a huge salad bar, which can be good or bad, depending on your toppings, ha-ha. But the options for food dishes they have are done very well and they have some great choices.

Laura Hermsdorfer:

There's a lot of comfort food but there are healthier options as well like salads and soups so even picky eaters can find something they'd like to order on the menu.
