Learn to Lobby, a program sponsored by Missouri Citizens for the Arts, will be offered at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Holiday Inn Executive Room.

The Southeast Regional meeting is free and open to the public.

Missouri Citizens for the Arts is the lobbying arm of the Missouri Arts Council and other Missouri arts organizations. Its annual Citizen's Day at the Legislature, which provides a chance to talk with Missouri legislators about the state of the arts, will be held Feb. 7 in Jefferson City.
