The Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department is holding its fourth annual Arts and Crafts Festival at Capaha Park this weekend.
The two-day event, which began Saturday, is free and open to the public today from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Concessions are available at the event.
The festival offers an opportunity for craft shoppers and crafters to buy and sell merchandise. It is also a chance to pick up a last-minute present for Mother's Day or a chance to spend some time with your mother in the park.
