The council has invited representatives from the city to make presentations. The public is also invited to speak.

The council is seeking answers to a n umber of questions, including:
Can the Missouri Arts Council change any of its policies and procedures to more effectively serve the arts field?
What are major challenges facing your organization or you as an artist, and how can the council help?
What major changes are taking place in your community and how should the Missouri Arts Council be involved?
In the past the council has primarily funded arts programming. If council policy allowed the funding of other organizations' or individual artist needs, what if anything would you ask the council to support?
How do you envision the future of the arts in Missouri and what role should the arts council play in realizing that future?
