ARTS COUNCIL SEEKS DISPLAYS FOR HOLIDAY OF LIGHTS AT PARK

The Arts Council of Southeast Missouri is looking for people to construct outdoor light displays for the "Holiday of Lights" exhibit.

The exhibit begins Nov. 22 at the Cape County Park North and ends Jan. 3. Displays will be lit from dusk to 11 p.m.

The display is free and open to the public. Anyone may enter a display at no charge. Last year, 122 displays lit up the park.

No commercial advertising is permitted, but signs with exhibitors' names are allowed beside a display.
