The Missouri Arts Council is considering updating its 2004-2007 Strategic Plan. The agency is seeking citizen input to improve its Strategic Plan. The Red House Interpretive Center has several activities planned for October, including a Fall Frolic for children Saturday and a 5:30 p.m. free concert by fiddler Dennis Stroughmatt on Oct. 16. SIKESTON, Mo. -- The Sikeston Depot Museum and Cultural Center will hold a doll-making class with instructor Carolyn Lineberry from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 15 at 116 W.
