Veterans Day will have special significance for an Arnold, Missouri, man.

Freedom Alliance and U.S. Bank are donating four homes across the nation to four military families on Nov. 11, and veteran Todd O'Neal will receive one of them.

O'Neal will receive a renovated, mortgage-free home that day at 10 a.m.

The Army specialist served two tours of duty overseas with the 31st Infantry Regiment, in and near Iraq. Injuries from roadside bombs left him with traumatic brain injury. Since his honorable discharge in 2010, he has received treatment for his physical and mental health issues. While in the military, he received commendations and awards such as the Combat Infantryman Badge, Good Conduct medal and Army Commendation Medal.

He and his wife, Crystal, orignally of Oklahoma City have four children, ranging in age from 1 to 10 years of age. Crystal O'Neal's grandmother, Patricia, lives with the couple in a support role.

The family's renovated four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home is donated by U.S. Bank through its Housing Opportunities after Military Engagement (H.O.M.E.) program, in conjunction with Freedom Alliance's Heroes to Homeowners program.
