Margaret M. Smith of Cape Girardeau and Jennifer L. Palisch of Altenburg have been inducted into the St. Louis University Chapter of Alpha Sigma Nu, the national Jesuit honor society.

Membership in Alpha Sigma Nu is one of the highest honors that can be bestowed on a student at a Jesuit university. Inductees must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better and have completed 60 hours at the university. The students must also demonstrate work toward the Jesuit ideals of scholarship, loyalty and service.
