Jeffrey Bray, formerly of Cape Girardeau, recently graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine with a doctor of osteopathy degree conferred on June 6.
He begins an internship July 1 at Michigan State University's Sparrow Hospital in East Lansing, followed by an anesthesiology residency at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
He is a graduate of Cape Girardeau Central High School and Southeast Missouri State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in computer science.
Bray is a former paramedic for St. Francis Medical Center, working in the emergency department and with the Air Evac helicopter, and the Cape County Ambulance Service.
He and his wife, Debra, have two children, Kyle, 9, and Haley, 14 months. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Alton Bray of Cape Girardeau.
