A husband and wife duo accused of looting a Cape Girardeau County home were bound Tuesday for Circuit Court. Stephen D. Sheldrake II, 24, and Dana L. Sheldrake, 28, both of 2920 Perryville Road, were charged with felony burglary and three counts of stealing. During an appearance before Associate Circuit Judge Gary A. Kamp, the couple waived their right to a preliminary hearing and was scheduled to appear in Circuit Court Sept. 18. The pair is accused of robbing a home near Fruitland of nearly $50,000 in vehicles, antiques, electronics and jewelry. Also charged in the crime is Stephen Sheldrake's uncle, William R.D. Porter, 43, of 2920 Perryville Road. He is set to appear for a hearing at 9 a.m. Monday before Kamp.
