Citizens Against Riverboat Gambling will take their message to the people of Cape Girardeau today.
"We are prepared to knock on doors and share pertinent information regarding the Nov. 2 election," said Larry Godfrey, chairman of a `Get-The-Vote-Out' citywide blitz.
The canvas will start following a continental breakfast and orientation meeting at 9 a.m. at First Baptist Church, 926 Broadway.
"All interested citizens are invited to join the corps of workers to accomplish this mission," said Godfrey.
