STE. GENEVIEVE Ste. Genevieve will host its annual Country Christmas Walk Saturday and Sunday.
More than 30 antique, craft and specialty shops will welcome shoppers with complimentary refreshments. Local restaurants will feature holiday menus, and special events include a mini parade, live nativity scene, candlelight tours and tree lighting on the square.
The old-fashioned shopping experience can be enjoyed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each night.
Candlelight tours will be held at two of Ste. Genevieve's historical homes. The Linden House and Maison Guibourd-Valle house will hold tours from 6 to 9 p.m.
Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus will arrive in town at 10 a.m. on Dec. 7 and lead the mini parade through town.
Choral groups will entertain during the outdoor tree lighting ceremony on Dec. 7 at 6 p.m., and the live nativity scene presented by the First Presbyterian Church will take place Dec. 7 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
