Union County, Ill., State's Attorney Tyler R. Edmonds announced Tuesday that the Union County Grand Jury has returned indictments against two Alto Pass, Ill., men. John A. Gleghorn, 55, and Billy J. Finney, 36, both of 3200 Bald Knob Road, are each charged with one count of unlawful participation in methamphetamine production and one count of possession of methamphetamine. Gleghorn is also charged with one count of unlawful use of property. Finney is charged with one count of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle. Both are alleged to have engaged in the manufacture of methamphetamine at their residence in February, March and April. They are each being held on a $1 million bond.
