Bids "can come in as late as midnight," said Bill Mosley, a U.S. Department of Transportation spokesman. He said the information will be posted online at www.regulations.gov on Monday.

That's when local airport officials expect to receive details, too. Cape Girardeau's airport advisory board will meet at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the Drop Zone restaurant, in the main terminal. The airport is on Airport Road, just off Interstate 55's exit 91.
