A planning meeting for the 1998 Cape Girardeau Regional Air Festival will be held at 6:30 p.m. today at the airport restaurant.
Anyone interested in volunteering may attend. The show will be held July 10 through 12 at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport.
Several committees are in need of help, including accounting, aircraft parking, arrival schedules and parking plan, balloons, banners and signs, briefing for arrival and show time, commercial aircraft, communications, community relations, concessions, FAA coordination, fuel and oil requirements, home built-antique-private aircraft, hospitality, legal-insurance, military participation, parking, programs, public convenience, safety-security, show setup-tear down, ticket sales, transportation and accommodations.
