A. Approve the semi-annual financial statement ending Dec. 31, 1995, which will be published.
B. Authorize semi-annual payment of $5,000 to Chamber of Commerce for services under tourism contract.
C. Authorize partial payment of $23,197.50 to Caldwell Tanks Inc. per 300,000 gallon elevated tank contract.
D. Authorize pay request of $2,250 to Penzel Construction for City Hall renovation.
E. Authorize quarterly payment of $5,500 to Cape Girardeau Area Industrial Recruitment Association for services provided.
F. Authorize payment of annual Regional Commerce and Growth Association dues in the amount of $1,000.
G. Accept portions of Bunker Drive, Birdie Lane, Eagle Drive and Bogie Drive in Fairway Estates Fourth Subdivision as public streets and accept the water and sewer systems serving the lots.
H. Approve a minor subdivision plat of Lot 2, Chrisemma Subdivision.
I. Set a public hearing for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, to consider a rezoning request from residential to commercial submitted by Lawson Burgfeld and Emogene Schnurbusch for all of Lot 1 of a resubdivision of Lot 2, Chrisemma Subdivision.
J. Approve preliminary plat of Sappington Court Subdivision.
K. Set a public hearing for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, to consider a rezoning request for Sappington Court Subdivision for Lots 1 and 15 from light industrial to general commercial and Lots 2-13 from light industrial to general residential, as submitted by D&G Investments.
L. Set a public hearing for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, to consider a rezoning request for a portion of property owned by Kimbeland Country Club fronting East Jackson Boulevard from single-family residential to general commercial as submitted by Dave Clabaugh.
M. Adopt the Land Subdivision Regulations of Jackson.
N. Authorize purchase of two patrol cars under the State Cooperative Procurement Program from Broadway Ford in Kansas City for $36,930.
