Ian Cohen, director of account services and research, and a partner in Kupper Parker Communications Inc. of St. Louis, will address members of the Advertising Federation of Southeast Missouri Thursday.
The group will meet at 6 p.m. at Drury Lodge in Cape Girardeau.
Cohen will discuss "12 Steps to Developing a More Effective Advertising Message," a talk designed to target concerns of anyone who has the task of developing effective advertising.
Cohen, a graduate of the University of Missouri, worked for the St. Louis Globe-Democrat and St. Louis Post-Dispatch prior to joining Kupper Parker.
The Advertising Federation of Southeast Missouri is a recently-formed affiliate of the American Advertising Federations, whose membership consists of advertising, marketing, and public relations professionals and educators.
Thursday's meeting is open to any one.
