ACKSON NATIVE EARNS OUTSTANDING KU AWARD

Pat Litzelfelner recently was recognized by the University of Kansas for "outstanding field instruction."

She was nominated by students and collegues at Johnson County Mental Health Center for the award. Litzelfelner attends the University of Kansas, where she is pursuing a doctorage degree in social welfare.

She is an alumnus of Southeast Missouri State University and the University of Missouri, where she received a master's degree in social work. Litzelfelner is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Litzelfelner of Jackson.
