The local chapter of the American Association of Retired Persons will conduct a "55 Alive" driving program in Cape Girardeau Oct. 24-25.
The event is a classroom refresher driving course for drivers ages 55 and older. The program will be held at the Cape Girardeau Grace United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
The eight-hour course will be held Thursday from 1-5 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m. until noon. The fee is $8, and those enrolled must attend both sessions.
