3 die in crash on St. Louis bridge
ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Three people are dead after a head-on crash on a Mississippi River bridge at St. Louis. The accident happened Tuesday night on the McKinley Bridge. KSDK-TV identifies one of the victims as 26-year-old Milton Dowell. His address was not immediately known. The names of the other victims were not released...
ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Three people are dead after a head-on crash on a Mississippi River bridge at St. Louis.
The accident happened Tuesday night on the McKinley Bridge. KSDK-TV identifies one of the victims as 26-year-old Milton Dowell. His address was not immediately known. The names of the other victims were not released.
Authorities say one of the vehicles flipped over as a result of the accident, which shut down the bridge for nearly seven hours. Relatives and friends of the victims gathered at the foot of the bridge on the Illinois side long after the accident.

The cause of the wreck remains under investigation.
