"We're open 24 hours a day," say Kenneth and Kathleen Gibbar, who operate the Little People Day Care Center at 225 Bellevue. "We're licensed for 10 children at any one time."

The new service opened July 8.
"We'll take infants, 4 weeks and up," said Mrs. Gibbar. "And we have several pre-school students."
The Gibbars provide snacks, lunch and breakfast, and provide indoor and outdoor activities.
