Christopher Overy, 28, of Oak Ridge and Zackary Stewart, 26, of Springfield, Missouri, each were charged with one count of burglary and stealing, according to the Facebook page Saturday of the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Office. Stewart also was charged with property damage.
The two men were arrested Friday morning at a home on County Road 462, according to information from the sheriff's department.

"There is a handgun we didn't recover," Capt. David James of the sheriff's department said.
James said the total value of items stolen was estimated at $3,465, in addition to an estimated $500 in property damage.
An "incendiary device that looked like an old pipe bomb" was discovered during the arrest, James said.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and Southeast Missouri Regional Bomb Squad were called in to assist with disposal.
"They're going to examine it and ... destroy it later," James said.
