JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- The Powerball ticket worth an estimated $590.5 million wasn't sold in Missouri. But two Missouri Powerball players were so close to picking all the winning numbers that that their tickets are worth $1 million each.
The Missouri Lottery said one of the tickets was sold at Hartland Pit Stop in Doniphan, and the second was sold at Sam's Liquor & Convenience in St. Louis.
Missouri Lottery executive director May Scheve Reardon is urging players to check their tickets carefully.
Players have until Nov. 14 to claim prizes from Saturday's drawing.
