Duck Regatta showcases Cape Splash addition

The third annual Cape West Rotary Club Duck Regatta on Thursday, May 18, 2017 benefits Special Olympics and the Cape West Rotary Club Foundation at Cape Splash. The new pirate ship water feature, Ship Wreck Island, and other improvements are unveiled before the park opens May 27 for the summer.
