Workers with Girardeau Stevedores and Contractors, Inc. and Nip Kelley Equipment installed a 1000-foot long, 10-foot wide, 38 thousand pound weathered steel pedestrian bridge over Sloan Creek Wednesday morning, April 27, 2016, in Cape Girardeau. The pedestrian bridge will connect the river walk to Red Star Access.
