What crimes did the CJCS commit?
None. He did his job.
Lt. Col. Scheller violated the UCMJ.
And he violated his oath of office. Even field grade officers are logically and rationally prohibited from putting statements from sources such as conspiracy theories on to social media and making unsubstantiated accusations. Officers a do not prefer fabricated charges against Combatant Commanders.
What's your point?
Then of course, Scheller is collecting money hand over fist. Maybe that was his objective.
Did you note that he was making all these charges in the safety of Camp Lejeune.

Actually General Milley kept us from being buried by Trump's warped machinations. It is highly fortunate for the country that Milley was there.
I have no idea what Sheller thinks about Trump. I have never "hated" Trump. He is a totally incompetent failure, never should have been able to get close to the oval office and has done more damage to America than probably any individual in the last 100 years.
That's not hatred, just an accurate assessment.
