What logic? The 2nd Amendment protects the other American Rights. If the local, State, and Federal Governments can tax something then is it legal - right?
Cape pool: Rehab the pool that Cape already has. If there is one built on the south side, add bullet proof windows to the cost proposal.

Because selling it violates community standards but killing a baby does not maybe???
We have come a long way in the "if it feels good, do it" world we were introduced into some time ago, since I grew up. When I was young and living in my parents home, doing something just because it felt good, could possibly make you suffer something that did not feel good.
Thank God I had parents that did their finest to teach me right from wrong.
