Parents: Gary and Bethany Mize.

Post-graduation plans: Attend Southeast Missouri State University and major in biology education. I would like to become a teacher and basketball coach.

High school activities: FBLA Club (officer), Beta Club (officer), National Honor Society (officer), Student Council, senior class vice president, Art Club, FCCLA, Traction Teen Traffic Safety Program and basketball.

Favorite high school experience: Making a half-court shot on the Memphis Grizzlies court.

Biggest role model: Kobe Bryant.

Advice to underclassmen: Don't take things for granted. Have fun and surround yourself with people who work hard and want to be successful.

Three words to describe high school: Memorable, challenging and beneficial.
