Scott County WIA to meet

The Scott County Women in Agriculture will meet on Thursday, March 1, at 7 p.m. at the YMCA of Southeast Missouri, 602 Tanner, Sikeston, Mo., for a Yoga class and tour of the facility.

All women are invited to attend. You do not have to be involved in farming, but if you share an interest in gardening, cooking, farming, family activities, helping the community, etc., this is the organization for you. The goal is to educate others about agriculture and to provide an atmosphere of fun, fellowship and support.

Their new cookbook, "A Taste of the Country," and RADA cutlery are now available to purchase.
