POETRY CORNER: IT'S TIME

Churches, it is time

to join hands.

It is time to gather

together in prayer for all man.

The harvest is ready,

and we cannot wait.

We must pray together,

for the lost, before it's too late.

It's time to put aside

the differences and face,

The fact that Jesus is the Christ,

and he is the only way.

Jesus commanded that

we go out and make disciples,

and to preach of repentence,

and to come to Jesus Christ.

Just think what we could do,

if we'd all gather in one place,

And pray for intercession for the lost

Just think how many could be saved.

It doesn't matter what your color,

It doesn't matter the name above your door.

What matters is we do the work we are

told to do, by Jesus Christ our Lord.

The time is getting nearer,

for Jesus Christ to come.

Let us be busy, in the work for Jesus,

So he'll say well done.
