Volunteers at the Cape River Heritage Museum came across this Mystery Photo while preparing for the 150 Anniversary of the Cape Girardeau Police Department from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct 24. The photo was taken on the steps of the police headquarters, which is now the River Heritage Museum. The fourth man from the left is Fred Schneider and the photo was taken after 1934, but organizers would like to identify more officers.
