• Jenna Leet, daughter of Dr. Greg and Vicki Leet, graduated Magna Cum Laude in May, 2007 with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Mississippi in Oxford. She was on the Chancellor's Honor Roll and involved in the honor societies Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi and Pi Sigma Alpha.

• Regina Rainey, of Glen Allen, Mo., family and consumer sciences instructor in the Zalma R-V School District, received the Teacher of the Year Award from the Missouri Educators of Family and Consumer Sciences for the year 2007 at the MoEFACS meeting held annually in conjunction with the Missouri Association for Career and Technical Educators Summer Conference and Trade Show in Springfield, Mo.

• Davina Watson, a graduate of Kelly High School, received a scholarship from the Scott County Women in Agriculture for 2007. Watson is the daughter of Sherri and Darrell Lee Watson of Charleston, Mo. She plans to attend Southeast Missouri University.

• Jeremy Lynn a graduate of Kelly High School, received a scholarship from the Scott County Women in Agriculture for 2007. Lynn is the son of Cynthia and Gary Lynn of Sikeston, Mo. He plans to attend Murray State University.
