Three awarded scholarships

Reed Dickson of Cape Girardeau was awarded the Governor's Scholarship to assist with the cost of attendance at Southeast Missouri State University in the fall. Dickson will be a 2016 graduate of Cape Central High School and is the son of Kevin and Brynda Dickson of Cape Girardeau.

Bailey Wooten of Cape Girardeau was awarded the Visual and Performing Arts Scholarship and Residence Life Leadership Award to assist with the cost of attendance at Southeast Missouri State University in the fall. Wooten will be a 2016 graduate of Cape Central High School and is the daughter of Grady and Candi Wooten of Cape Girardeau.

Kelli Brunke of Jackson was awarded the Residence Life Leadership Award to assist with the cost of attendance at Southeast Missouri State University in the fall. Brunke will be a 2016 graduate of Saxony Lutheran High School and is the daughter of Rick and Susan Brunke of Jackson.
