KRCU, Southeast Public Radio, will begin airing a new program on food beginning at 3 p.m. Friday. The show will air on 90.9 FM and repeat at 10 a.m. Sunday. The six-week series features Arlo Guthrie reading the children's classic The Little Red Hen; the history of Wonder Bread; Morgan Spurlock's insights on his McDonald's documentary "Super Size Me!"; and vegetarian chef Celia Brown on vegetarian comfort food.

KRCU is Cape Girardeau's local Public Radio International affiliate and a National Public Radio member station.
