Kohl's Department Store in Cape Girardeau has donated $23,485 to the Kohl's Youth Diabetes Care Network, a service of the Southeast Diabetes Center. The money came from the sale of Kohl's Cares books and plush toys. The presentation was made Oct. 1 at the Amazing Race at Kohl's, an annual event to promote diabetes awareness.
