Preparation for childbirth class 4 will be held at South Healing Arts Room at Saint Francis Medical Center's Healing Arts Center from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

An asthma education program is offered at 6:30 p.m. today by Southeast Missouri Hospital's respiratory care staff and will meet in meeting room 103 at the hospital.

Dr. J. Thomas Critchlow will speak and answer questions about "Latest Advances in Esthetic Procedures" will be the topic "Ask Your Doctor," which airs at 8 p.m. today on cable access channel 5. Viewers can call in questions at 334-3095.

Saturday

Heartsaver CPR class will be be taught from 8 a.m. to noon at Main Street Fitness Center in Jackson. It is sponsored by Southeast Missouri Hospital's Wellness Center.

Infant care class will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the South Healing Arts Room of the Healing Arts Center at Saint Francis Medical Center.

The muscular dystrophy support group will meet at 6:30 p.m. in meeting room 102 at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

The Depressive Bipolar Alliance will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Assisi Conference Room at Saint Francis Medical Center.

Tuesday

The diabetes self-management support group will hold a holiday celebration from 1 to 2 p.m. today at the Generations Family Resource Center at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

New Voice Club will meet from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Saint Francis Conference Center in the Saint Claire Conference Room at Saint Francis Medical Center.

SHARE grief support group will meet from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Generations Family Resource Center at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

A grief support group meeting will be held at Grace United Methodist Church at 7 p.m. It is sponsored by Southeast Missouri Hospital.

Wednesday

A grief support group meeting will be held at Southeast Missouri Hospital's HealthPoint Plaza at 1 p.m.

A healthy holiday baking class will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. at HealthPoint Plaza. The class is sponsored by Southeast Missouri Hospital.
