All-day comprehensive guide to expected bodily changes, labor signs and stages, pain control options, labor techniques and basic infant care.   • United Ostomy Association: At 4:30 p.m. at Southeast Missouri Hospital in the Harrison Room to see the new Convatec video: "The Whole Person." UOA's goal is to reduce the practical and emotional burdens of those who have undergone ostomy surgery so they may function as fully as possible socially and physically.   • Sibling class: From 6 to 8 p.m., for children ages 4 to 8 at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Discuss and understand what it means to become a big brother or sister.   • Weight loss surgery support group: From 10 a.m. to noon in the Generations Center at Southeast Missouri Hospital.   • SHARE: Walk to Remember: As part of the SHARE grief support group for parents, grandparents and other family members who have lost children due to miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death and ectopic pregnancy, Southeast Missouri Hospital is once again producing the Walk to Remember. Registration for the walk begins at 9 a.m. at pavilion four in Cape County Park North. The mile-long walk around the lake will start at 10 a.m. To register, call 334-9254.
