CPR course to be offered

Southeast Missouri Hospital's Wellness Center will offer a Heartsaver CPR class for the general public Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon at the Main Street Fitness Center in Jackson. The course covers adult, infant and child CPR and procedures for handling choking and the AED (automatic external defibrillator). Participants will receive American Heart Association two-year certification after fulfilling course requirements. To register, call 243-2211.
