High-school activities: Softball, cheerleading, industrial arts/robotics, student council and others.
Favorite high-school experience: It was probably when we went to softball state and made it to the Final Four, or when our girls’ robotics team made it to the worlds this year.
Biggest role model: My industrial-arts teacher, Jaron McMurry.
Advice to underclassmen: To make sure during high school you not only enjoy all your activities, but to find the thing that will take you farther in life once you’re gone.
Three words for the entire high-school experience: Rewarding, memorable, fun.
