Good citizens receive awards

The Kingshighway Chapter of the Daughters of American Revolution held its Good Citizenship Awards ceremony recently at the Clara Drinkwater Newnam Library in Charleston, Mo. Recipients were Eric Rolwing of Charleston High School, Kirstie Mangels of Oran High School, Kimberly Jennings of Sikeston High School, Laura Felter of Kelly High School, Sara Smelser of New Madrid County Central High School and Libby Burger of Scott City High School. Each student received a certificate, a $50 savings bond and a pin.
