Counseling center employees donate clothing

Community Counseling Center employees in the Cape Girardeau, Marble Hill and Fredericktown offices donated warm clothing for the center's children and adult consumers who need them during the winter months. Supervisor Monica Regan, a member of center's activities committee in the Cape office, and Vicki Oller, Fredericktown office manager, organized the clothing drives. Cape employees donated 30 coats, 15 pairs of gloves, 10 scarves and three hats. Fredericktown employees collected seven large bags of coats, sweaters, scarfs and gloves. CCC case managers inform staff if a consumer is in need of clothing and what sizes. Consumers either go to the offices to pick up the clothing or their assigned case manager takes it to them.
