Baseball, basketball, cross country, track and field, Beta Club, FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), Pep Club, student leadership. It opened a door to meet people that I would not ordinarily meet just by walking through the hallways or sharing classes with particular students.
Who is your role model, and why?
My parents are role models for me in the fact that they work hard to provide for my family. Also, my Grandpa Gary because all the strenuous work he does and never stops working.
What is your favorite high-school memory?
All the sporting events I was able to compete in over my four-year career.
What are your plans after graduation? Where do you plan to attend school, and have you decided your major? If so, tell us why you chose that path:
I plan on going to Southeast Missouri State University to major in nursing. I want to become a male flight nurse. I also plan on walking on to the men's basketball program at SEMO.
What advice would you give to incoming freshmen?
Every single assignment and every little thing adds up in the long run. You have to give your best effort on everything.
In just three words, describe your high-school experience: Friends, sports, fun.
