All singers who have participated in any choral group at Central High School in Cape Girardeau are invited to participate in a choir alumni reunion concert Oct. 2 and 3 at the high school. The event will begin at 7 p.m. with the alumni singing the national anthem at the CHS homecoming football game. Singers will rehearse all day Oct. 3 -- with a break for a catered lunch -- and present a free public concert at 7:30 p.m. in Kinder Performance Hall, followed by a party. Dancers and dance fans are being sought for a competition to take place from 2 to 5:45 p.m. Oct. 3 to raise money for research, programs and services related to multiple sclerosis.
